聚焦超声治疗宫颈持续高危型HPV感染患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of focused ultrasound on patients with persistent high-risk cervical HPV infection

目的研究聚焦超声治疗宫颈持续高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床效果。方法选取102例宫颈持续高危型HPV感染患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(51例,应用干扰素治疗)与研究组(51例,应用聚焦超声治疗)。对比两组患者治疗效果、宫颈炎性评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗有效率(96.08%)明显高于对照组(84.31%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的宫颈炎性评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为7.84%,研究组不良反应发生率为11.76%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗宫颈持续高危型HPV感染效果确切,可短期内降低患者的宫颈炎症情况,未见明显增加不良反应发生风险,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of patients with persistent high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 102 patients with persistent high-risk cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into control group(51 cases,interferon treatment)and study group(51 cases,focused ultrasound treatment)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effect,cervical inflammatory score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.31%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical inflammation scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.84%in the control group and 11.76%in the study group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of persistent high-risk HPV infection of the cervix is accurate,and it can reduce the cervical inflammation of patients in the short term,without significantly increasing the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
