宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of transcervical resection of polyp combined with progesterone treatment for endometrial polyps

目的探究宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)联合孕激素治疗在子宫内膜息肉患者中的临床效果。方法选取60例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据其入院顺序分为两组,各30例。对照组应用TCRP治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合孕激素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后不同时间段月经量及子宫内膜厚度。结果试验组治疗后总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。试验组治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后月经量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后子宫内膜厚度均明显薄于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TCRP联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉患者,可有效提高其临床疗效,减少月经量,降低患者的子宫内膜厚度。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP)combined with progesterone therapy in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into two groups according to their admission order,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCRP,and the experimental group was treated with progesterone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness in different time periods were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual volumes of experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group after 3 months,6 months and 12 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the endometrial thicknesses of experimental group were significantly thinner than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCRP combined with progesterone in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps can effectively improve its clinical efficacy,reduce menstrual volume and reduce the endometrial thickness of patients.
