布比卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产麻醉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of bupivacaine combined with sufentanil for cesarean section anesthesia

目的研究布比卡因复合舒芬太尼用于择期剖宫产麻醉的临床效果。方法选取72名择期剖宫产术产妇,根据麻醉方法不同将其分为两组,每组36名。两组均接受腰硬联合麻醉,观察组产妇使用布比卡因复合舒芬太尼,对照组产妇使用布比卡因。比较两组产妇的血流动力学参数、围术期不良反应情况及麻醉效果。结果两组产妇在不同时间点心率、收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇围术期不良反应发生率22.22%显著低于对照组的58.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的麻醉优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布比卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产麻醉在降低围术期不良反应发生率和提高麻醉优良率方面表现优于单独使用布比卡因,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of bupivacaine combined with sufentanil in anesthesia for elective cesarean section.Methods 72 women who underwent elective cesarean section were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods,36 in each group.Both groups received combined epidural anesthesia.The observation group received bupivacaine and sufentanil,and the control group received bupivacaine.The hemodynamic parameters,perioperative adverse reactions and anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).The incidence of perioperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 22.22%significantly lower than 58.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of bupivacaine combined with sufentanil for cesarean section anesthesia is better than that of bupivacaine alone in reducing the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions and improving the rate of anesthetic excellence,and has clinical application value.
