危机管理联合无缝隙医护一体化急救护理对异位妊娠失血性休克患者抢救成功率的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of crisis management combined with seamless medical care on the success rate of rescue of hemorrhagic shock patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的探析在异位妊娠失血性休克患者中实施危机管理联合无缝隙医护一体化急救护理的效果。方法选取60例异位妊娠失血性休克患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组实施常规急救管理,观察组实施危机管理联合无缝隙医护一体化急救护理。比较两组患者血压改善情况、就诊指标。结果干预后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(126.28±3.23)mmHg、(93.95±3.62)mmHg,均明显高于对照组的(100.27±3.61)mmHg、(83.01±3.51)mmHg(P<0.05)。对比对照组,观察组急诊医护人员反应时间、患者急诊停留时间、患者腹痛缓解时间均较短,且观察组患者出血量较少(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠失血性休克患者急救过程中应用危机管理联合无缝隙医护一体化急救护理,可显著改善患者血压水平,缩短就诊时间,减少出血量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of crisis management combined with seamless medical care in emergency care for patients with hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with hemorrhagic shock of ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency management,while the observation group was treated with crisis management combined with seamless medical care.Blood pressure improvement and medical treatment indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were(126.28±3.23)mmHg and(93.95±3.62)mmHg,respectively,which were significantly higher than(100.27±3.61)mmHg and(83.01±3.51)mmHg in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the response time of emergency medical staff,emergency stay time and abdominal pain relief time of patients in the observation group were shorter,and the blood loss of patients in the observation group was less(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of crisis management combined with seamless medical care in emergency care of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock patients can significantly improve the blood pressure level of patients,shorten the time of consultation and reduce the amount of blood loss,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
