基于配偶同步健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用研究

Application of spouse synchronous health education in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients

目的探析基于配偶同步健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取116例妊娠期糖尿病患者及其配偶,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组58例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于配偶同步健康教育。对比两组血糖指标、患者及其配偶自我管理能力及妊娠结局。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者及其配偶自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率18.97%低于对照组的36.21%,巨大儿率1.72%低于对照组的15.52%(P<0.05)。结论基于配偶同步健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果确切,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of spouse synchronous health education in nursing care of gestational diabetes patients.Methods l16 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and their spouses were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out spousal synchronous health education based on the control group.Blood glucose index,self-management ability of patients and their spouses and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and HBAic in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<o.o5).After intervention,the self-management ability scores of patients and their spouses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was 18.97%lower than 36.21%of the control group,and the incidence of macrosomia was 1.72%lower than 15.52%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of spouse synchronous health education in the care of gestational diabetes patients is effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
