整体护理在异位妊娠中应用效果及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of holistic nursing in ectopic pregnancy and its influence on anxiety and depression

目的分析整体护理在异位妊娠孕妇中应用效果及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取48例异位妊娠孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组24例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果两组孕妇干预前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组孕妇的HAMD、HAMA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论整体护理应用在异位妊娠患者护理中,有助于缓解孕妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,减轻其身体和心理负担,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in ectopic pregnancy and its influence on anxiety and depression.Methods 48 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups with 24 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of pregnant women in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in the nursing of ectopic pregnancy patients can help to alleviate the anxiety and depression of pregnant women,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce their physical and psychological burden,and has clinical application value.
