中西医结合治疗干预复发性流产对血清同型半胱氨酸及妊娠结局的影响

The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment intervention on serum homocysteine and pregnancy outcomes in recurrent miscarriage

目的探讨中西医结合治疗干预复发性流产对血清同型半胱氨酸及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取110例复发性流产患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各55例。对照组采取常规西药治疗干预,试验组采取中西医结合治疗干预,比较两组的中医证候积分、内分泌指标水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组血清同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组,孕酮、雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组保胎成功率为87.27%,高于对照组的69.09%(P<0.05)。结论对复发性流产患者实施中西医结合治疗干预,能有效改善患者临床症状及内分泌功能,降低同型半胱氨酸水平,有效改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment intervention on serum homocysteine and pregnancy outcomes in recurrent miscarriage.Methods 110 patients with recurrent miscarriage were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment intervention,while the experimental group received a combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment intervention.The TCM syndrome scores,endocrine index levels,and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum homocysteine levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of progesterone and estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of maintaining pregnancy in the experimental group was 87.27%,higher than the 69.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment intervention for patients with recurrent miscarriage can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and endocrine function,reduce homocysteine levels,and effectively improve pregnancy outcomes.
