妊娠期生殖道感染对妊娠结局的影响

The impact of reproductive tract infections during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes

目的探讨妊娠期生殖道感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例妊娠期生殖道感染孕妇为感染组,同期健康妊娠孕妇100例为对照组,比较两组的妊娠结局。结果感染组不良妊娠结局发生率为20.00%,高于对照组的7.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期生殖道感染与不良妊娠结局有关,需要及早采取措施进行防治。

Objective To explore the impact of reproductive tract infections during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes.Methods 100 pregnant women with reproductive tract infections during pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected as the infection group,and 10o healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the infection group was 20.00%,higher than 7.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Reproductive tract infections during pregnancy are related to adverse pregnancy outcomes,and early measures need to be taken for prevention and treatment.
