宫腔镜手术结合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果

The effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethinylestradiol cycloproterenol tablets in the treatment ofendometrial polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜手术结合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法选取本院收治的100例子宫息肉患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组接受宫腔镜手术治疗,研究组接受宫腔镜手术结合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、月经量及疾病复发情况。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,月经失血图评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组疾病复发率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜手术结合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效显著,可提高治疗效果,改善子宫内膜厚度及月经量,防止疾病复发,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 10o patients with uterine polyps admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic surgery,while the study group received hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone tablets.The treatment effects,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the menstrual bleeding map score was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the disease recurrence rate in the study group was 4.00%,lower than the 16.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on endometrial polyps,which can improve the treatment effect,improve endometrial thickness and menstrual volume,prevent disease recurrence,and is worth promoting.
