间苯三酚联合缩宫素对促宫颈成熟效果及产程的影响

The effect of the combination of phloroglucinol and oxytocin on promoting cervical maturation and the impact on laborprocess

目的探讨间苯三酚联合缩宫素对促宫颈成熟效果及产程的影响。方法选取100例分娩产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组在使用水囊基础上采用缩宫素,试验组在对照组基础上联合间苯三酚,比较两组的宫颈成熟度、产程时间、产后阴道出血量、分娩结局及不良反应发生情况。结果用药后,试验组宫颈成熟度Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组产后24h阴道出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组第一产程用时、第二产程用时及总产程用时短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组首次引产成功率、经阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论足月分娩产妇引产时应用间苯三酚联合缩宫素,可显著提高宫颈成熟度,明显加快产程,缩短分娩时间,并提升经阴道分娩成功率,减少不良反应,安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the combination of phloroglucinol and oxytocin on promoting cervical maturation and the impact on labor process.Methods 1oo induced labor parturients were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received oxytocin in addition to the use of water sachets,while the experimental group received a combination of phloroglucinol in addition to the control group.The cervical maturity,labor process time,postpartum vaginal bleeding,delivery outcomes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After medication,the Bishop score of cervical maturity in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in vaginal bleeding volume between the two groups at 24 hours postpartum(P>0.05);The duration of the first stage,second stage,and total stage of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of first induced abortion and vaginal delivery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.00%,significantly lower than the control group's 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of combination of phloroglucinol and oxytocin during induction of labor in full-term postpartum women can significantly improve cervical maturity,accelerate labor process,shorten delivery time,improve the success rate of vaginal delivery,reduce adverse reactions,and is safe and effective.It is worth promoting.
