Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction rehabilitation. Methods 58 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training, while the experimental group received electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Divide the experimental group into a cured group and an untreated group based on the recovery status, and analyze the influencing factors of recovery. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 89.66%,which was higher than the control group's 72.41%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences between the cured group and the non cured group in terms of parity, gestational weight gain, severity of pelvic floor muscle strength, severity grading of urinary incontinence before treatment, and newborn body weight(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can help improve pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence symptoms in patients, with significanteffects.
