米非司酮联合米索前列醇在瘢痕性子宫早孕中的应用效果

The application effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in scarred uterine early pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇在瘢痕性子宫早孕中的应用效果。方法选取60例药物流产早孕患者为研究对象,以是否存在瘢痕性子宫划分为两组,非瘢痕性子宫早孕为常规组,瘢痕性子宫早孕为试验组。所有患者均采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,比较两组的流产情况、孕囊排出时间、流产后出血时间、流产24h后出血量。结果两组完全流产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组孕囊排出时间、流产后出血时间及流产24h后出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇在瘢痕性子宫早孕中的应用效果显著,整体治疗作用突出,流产效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in early pregnancy with scar uterus.Methods 60 patients with drug induced abortion and early pregnancy were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the presence or absence of scar uterus.Non scar uterus early pregnancy was the routine group,and scar uterus early pregnancy was the experimental group.All patients were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol,and the abortion status,gestational sac discharge time,bleeding time after abortion,and bleeding volume after 24 hours of abortion were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the complete abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gestational sac discharge time,bleeding time after miscarriage,and bleeding volume 24 hours after miscarriage(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol has a significant therapeutic effect in early pregnancy with scar uterus,with outstanding overall therapeutic effect and ideal abortion effect,which is worth promoting.
