硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果

The effect of nifedipine combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hypertension

目的探讨硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果。方法选取本院收治的72例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组应用硝苯地平治疗,研究组应用硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、血压水平、血液流变学指标、并发症发生率及不良妊娠结局。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,血液黏稠度、红细胞比容水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者应用硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods 72 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,while the study group was treated with nifedipine combined with rabelol.The treatment effects,blood pressure levels,hemorheological indicators,incidence of complications,and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%,which was higher than the control group's 83.33%(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of blood viscosity and hematocrit were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 2.78%,lower than the control group's 16.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nifedipine combined with rabelol in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension is effective and worthy of promotion.
