围手术期护理在脾动脉栓塞术、经腹全子宫结合双侧输卵管切除术中的应用效果

The application effect of perioperative nursing in splenic artery embolization and transabdominal totalhysterectomy combined with bilateral salpingectomy

目的探讨围手术期护理在脾动脉栓塞术、经腹全子宫结合双侧输卵管切除术中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的60例子宫肌瘤合并脾功能亢进需要进行脾动脉栓塞术、经腹全子宫结合双侧输卵管切除术的患者为研究对象,根据入院就诊号分为两组,各30例。对照组(奇数)采用常规护理,观察组(偶数)采用围手术期护理,比较两组的心理状态、生活质量及护理质量。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组社会功能、生理机能、日常活动功能、活力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、健康教育、技术操作、风险预防意识、自主服务意识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤合并脾功能亢进需要进行脾动脉栓塞术、经腹全子宫结合双侧输卵管切除术的患者,开展围手术期护理,效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing in splenic artery embolization and transabdominal total hysterectomy combined with bilateral salpingectomy.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids complicated with splenic hyperfunction who underwent splenic artery embolization and transabdominal total hysterectomy combined with bilateral salpingectomy were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the admission number,with 30 cases in each group.The control group(odd number)received routine care,while the observation group(even number)received perioperative care.The psychological status,quality of life,and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the social function,physiological function,daily activity function,and vitality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of basic nursing,health education,technical operation,risk prevention awareness,and self service awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids combined with splenic hyperfunction who require splenic artery embolization and transabdominal total hysterectomy combined with bilateral salpingectomy,perioperative care is carried out with significant results.
