体贴式护理联合下肢气压治疗仪在妇科腹腔镜手术后的应用效果

The application effect of considerate nursing combined with lower limb pressure therapy device in gynecologicallaparoscopic surgery

目的探讨体贴式护理联合下肢气压治疗仪在妇科腹腔镜手术后的应用效果。方法选取100例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用围手术期常规护理,观察组采用体贴式护理联合下肢气压治疗仪,比较两组术后下肢麻木、下肢静脉血栓及并发症发生率。结果观察组的下肢麻木、下肢静脉血栓发生率为2.00%、0%,显著低于对照组的16.00%、12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体贴式护理联合下肢气压治疗仪应用于妇科腹腔镜手术后,可预防下肢静脉血栓和下肢麻木发生,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of considerate nursing combined with lower limb pressure therapy device in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 1o0 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received a combination of close ftting care and lower limb pneumatic therapy.The incidence of postoperative lower limb numbness,lower limb venous thrombosis,and complications was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower limb numbness and lower limb venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2.00%and 0%,significantly lower than the control group's 16.00%and 12.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than the control group's 22.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of considerate care combined with lower limb pressure therapy device in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can prevent lower limb venous thrombosis and numbness,and reduce the risk of complications.
