个性化护理在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用分析

Application analysis of personalized nursing in maternity care of cesarean section

目的探析剖宫产产妇护理中实施个性化护理的应用效果。方法选取72名剖宫产产妇,结合不同护理方式进行分组,实施常规护理的36名产妇入选为对照组,实施个性化护理的36名产妇入选为观察组。比较两组产妇产后临床指标及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组产妇进食、拔管、泌乳及排便时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率50.00%,明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产产妇护理中实施个性化护理,有助于促进产妇术后恢复,减少产后并发症发生,保障产妇产后恢复效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing in maternity care of cesarean section.Methods 72 parturients with cesarean section were selected and divided into different nursing methods.36 parturients with routine nursing were selected as control group and 36 parturients with personalized nursing were selected as observation group.The postpartum clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the feeding,extubation,lactation and defecation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(50.00%)was significantly lower than that of control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing in the maternity care of cesarean section is helpful to promote the recovery after obstetrics and gynecology,reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications,and ensure the postpartum recoveryeffect.
