评价心理护理干预联合健康教育对女性更年期广泛性焦虑症的调控价值

摘要 目的分析女性更年期广泛性焦虑症实施心理护理干预联合健康教育的影响。方法选取40例更年期广泛性焦虑症患者,根据随机数字表法分为基础组与探究组,各20例。基础组行传统护理,探究组行心理护理干预联合健康教育。比较两组焦虑程度、知识知晓情况及满意度。结果护理后,探究组焦虑自评量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于基础组(P<0.05)。探究组知识知晓优良率95.00%,高于基础组的65.00%(P<0.05)。探究组满意度高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预联合健康教育应用于更年期广泛性焦虑症患者,能降低焦虑程度,提升患者对疾病的知晓程度,满意度高。 Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with health education on female climacteric generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 40 patients with climacteric generalized anxiety disorder were selected and divided into basic group and exploratory group(20 cases each)according to random number table method.The basic group received traditional nursing,and the inquiry group received psychological nursing intervention combined with health education.The degree of anxiety,knowledge awareness and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and hamilton anxiety scale in the post-nursing inquiry group were lower than those in the basic group(P<0.05).The excellent and good knowledge knowledge rate of the inquiry group was 95.00%higher than that of the basic group(65.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the inquiry group was higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention combined with health education in patients with climacteric generalized anxiety disorder can reduce the degree of anxiety,improve the patients'knowledge of the disease and have high satisfaction.
