摘要
种植义齿工艺学是一门理论和实践并重的学科,其传统教学模式存在局限,基于此的创新改革,除关注教师、学生主体和考评等环节外,进一步聚焦人文素养对学生建立医患一体化意识的重要性,同时侧重教学活动与学习评价的全时空覆盖,形成了以培养“医教研德”四位一体复合型人才为目标的学科特色。相关教学创新实践成效颇丰,改革了人才培养模式并进行了充分的理论研究,通过各种创新实践取得了多项成果,继而在成果的应用上实现了教学与科研联动下的双丰收,并形成了师生共同发展的良好格局。以理论研究为先导的成果推广具备了必要的理论和学术支撑,有望提高我国口腔种植学水平,产生良好的社会效益。
Oral implantology is a discipline that attaches equal importance to both theory and practice,and its traditional teaching mode has limitations.Based on this,innovative reform not only pays attention to teachers,students and evaluation,but also focuses on the importance of humanistic literacy to students' awareness of doctor-patient integration,and attaches importance to the full space-time coverage of teaching activities and learning evaluation.It has formed a discipline characteristic aiming at cultivating four-in-one compound talents of “medical care,teaching,scientific research,and medical humanities”.Related teaching innovation practice has achieved considerable results,reformed the talent training model and conducted sufficient theoretical research.Through various innovative practices,a number of results have been achieved,and then in the application of the results,a double harvest under the linkage of teaching and scientific research has been achieved,and a good pattern of common development of teachers and students has been formed.The promotion of the results guided by the theoretical research has the necessary theoretical and academic support,and is expected to improve the level of oral implantology in China and produce good social benefits.
