摘要
低龄儿童龋是儿童口腔慢性微生态失衡疾病,也是发病率最高的儿童细菌感染性疾病。低龄儿童龋进展可以导致牙髓感染,甚至全身性疾病,严重影响患儿的口腔健康及身心健康。因此,低龄儿童龋的风险评估乃至于预测对诊断及治疗方案的确定、减轻患儿家庭负担、促进儿童身心健康极为重要。本文总结了唾液微生物、唾液蛋白、唾液电解质、唾液代谢组等生物标志物用于低龄儿童龋预测的研究进展,并在此基础上提出当前研究的不足之处以及对未来的展望。
Early childhood caries is a disease with chronic dysbiosis of the oral microbiota,and it is also the most prevalent bacterial infectious disease in children.The progression of early childhood caries can lead to dental pulp infection and even systemic diseases,severely affecting the oral health and overall health of children.Therefore,the risk assessment and prediction of early childhood caries play a crucial role in the accurate diagnosis and treatment planning,reducing the burden on children's families,and promoting children's physical and mental health.This review summarizes the research progress of biomarkers such as salivary microbiota,salivary proteins,salivary electrolytes,and salivary metabolomics for predicting dental caries in early children,and on this basis,offers perspectives for the future study.
