2011—2022年上杭县HIV/AIDS病例流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of HIV/AIDS cases in Shanghang County from 2011 to 2022

目的了解上杭县艾滋病流行趋势,为制订艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法收集2011—2022年艾滋病综合防治信息系统中HIV/AIDS病例报告历史卡片信息,分析上杭县HIV/AIDS病例的流行病学特征。结果2011—2022年共报告HIV/AIDS 262例(AIDS 79例,HIV 183例),年均报告发病率为4.5/10万,发病率呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=31.72,P<0.001),男女性别比为3.03:1;年龄以≥50岁年龄组最多(63.0%);以汉族(93.8%)、小学文化(34.3%)、农民(65.3%)、以已婚有配偶(64.1%)为主,病例来源以医疗机构检测为主(94.3%)。结论应加强≥50岁人群的健康教育与行为干预,加大检测力度,加强防范措施,减少艾滋病的传播。

Objective To understand the epidemic trend of HIV/AIDS in Shanghang County so as to provide evi⁃dence for formulating HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment measures.Methods The information on HIV/AIDS case report history cards in the HIV/AIDS comprehensive prevention and treatment information system from 2011 to 2022 was collected,and the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases in Shanghang County were analyzed.Results From 2011 to 2022,a total of 262 cases of HIV/AIDS(79 cases of AIDS and 183 cases of HIV)were reported,with an average annual inci⁃dence rate of 4.5/105,and the incidence rate increased year by year(χ^(2) trend=31.72,P<0.001).The male⁃to⁃female sex ratio was 3.03∶1.The majority of the cases were aged≥50(63.0%).The majorities were Han nationality(93.8%),persons with a primary school education level(34.3%),farmers(65.3%),and married couples(64.1%).The source of cases was mainly tested by medical institutions(94.3%).Conclusion Health education and behavioral intervention should be strengthened for the≥50⁃year⁃old population,testing should be increased,and preventive measures should be improved,so as to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS.
