维生素D在小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗中的作用

Effect of vitamin D in treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in young children

目的 探究维生素D在小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的68例反复呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为研究组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),对照组应用常规对症治疗、研究组在常规对症基础上补充维生素D,比较2组患儿治疗效果。结果 治疗前2组患儿血清25羟基维生素D3及免疫球蛋白水平(IgA、IgG水平)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后患儿血清25羟基维生素D3[(21.03±3.41)ng/mL]、IgA[(3.11±0.32)g/L]、IgG[(11.62±1.39)g/L]水平高于对照组[(18.25±3.26)ng/mL、(2.92±0.24)g/L、(10.22±1.46)g/L],差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.436、2.770、4.050,P值分别为0.001、0.007、0.001);研究组患儿咳嗽、鼻塞、发热、流涕症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.054、3.659、2.820、2.950;P值分别为0.044、0.001、0.006、0.004)。结论 通过积极抗炎并补充维生素D可提高血清25羟基维生素D3水平,提高患儿免疫功能,改善患儿症状。

Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 68 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into a study group(n=34)and a control group(n=34).The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,while the study group received vitamin D supplementation on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in serum 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D3 and immunoglobulin levels(IgA,IgG)between the two groups be⁃fore treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment in the study group,serum 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D3[(21.03±3.41)ng/mL],IgA[(3.11±0.32)g/L],and IgG[(11.62±1.39)g/L]were higher than those in the control group:[(18.25±3.26)ng/mL,(2.92±0.24)g/L,and(10.22±1.46)g/L],the differences were statistically significant(t=3.436,2.770,4.050,P=0.001,0.007,0.001).The disappearance time of cough,nasal congestion,fever,and runny nose in the study group was shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.054,3.659,2.820,2.950;P=0.044,0.001,0.006,0.004,all P<0.05).Conclusion The serum 25⁃hydroxyvitamin D3 level,immune function,and symptom level can be improved through active anti⁃inflammatory treatment and vitamin D supplementation.
