“互联网+护理服务”在SuperPATH全髋关节置换术后患者延续性护理中的应用效果

Application effect of“internet+nursing service”in the continuous nursing of patients after SuperPATH total hip arthroplasty

目的探索“互联网+护理服务”在SuperPATH全髋关节置换术后患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月右江民族医学院附属医院骨科中心首次行SuperPATH全髋关节置换术后患者67例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组33例和观察组34例。对照组采用常规护理服务,观察组采用“互联网+护理服务”。比较两组术后切口愈合情况、髋关节功能评分、功能锻炼依从性及延续性护理患者满意度。结果观察组切口愈合分级优于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体分析发现:两组Harris评分组间、时间点及交互作用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较,组内比较:两组术后各时间点Harris髋关节评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:观察组术后7 d、14 d、1个月Harris髋关节评分均高于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组功能锻炼依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+护理服务”在SuperPATH全髋关节置换术后患者延续性护理中能提高手术切口的愈合情况,促进患者髋关节功能早期恢复,增强患者功能锻炼依从性,同时患者对延续性护理满意度提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of“internet+nursing service”in the continuous nursing of patients after SuperPATH total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 67 patients who underwent SuperPATH total hip replacement for the first time at the Orthopaedic Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing service,and the observation group received“internet+nursing service”.Incision healing,hip function score,functional exercise compliance,and continuous nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Incision healing grade of observation group was better than control group,incision healing time was shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall analysis showed that there were significant differences in Harris rating between groups,time point comparison and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparison and intra-group comparison:there were statistically significant differences in Harris hip score between the two groups at various time points after surgery(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:the Harris hip score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 7 d,14 d and 1 month after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional exercise compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically sig nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+nursing service”can improve the healing of surgical incision,promote the early recovery of patients’hip function,enhance patients’functional exercise compliance,and improve patients’satisfaction with continuous care after SuperPATH total hip replacement.
