多维驱动融合冰山理论干预联合Snyder希望理论在再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用效果

Application effect of multidimensional drive fusion iceberg theory intervention combined with Snyder hope theory in patients with aplastic anemia

目的 探讨多维驱动融合冰山理论干预联合Snyder希望理论在再生障碍性贫血患者生理及心理的影响。方法 以便利抽样法对江苏省淮安市第一人民医院血液科2020年4月至2022年4月收治的100例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予以Snyder希望理论护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以多维驱动融合冰山理论干预,比较两组干预前后凝血功能、生活质量情况。结果 干预后,两组癌症患者生命质量测定量表共性模块评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Herth希望指数高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多维驱动融合冰山理论干预联合Snyder希望理论能够有效改善再生障碍性贫血患者心理状态,进而提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of multidimensional drive fusion iceberg theory intervention combined with Snyder hope theory impact in patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with aplastic anemia admitted to the Department of Hematology Huaian First People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were studied by convenient sampling method,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Snyder hope theoretical nursing,and the observation group was given multidimensional drive fusion iceberg theoretical intervention based on the control group,the coagulation function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the quality of life scale scores of cancer patients module in two groups were higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Herth hope index of the two groups was higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional driven fusion iceberg theory intervention combined with Snyder hopes that the theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with aplastic anemia,and thus improve the quality of life.
