Government Subsidies, Digital Transformation and High-quality Development of Enterprises

政府补贴是驱动企业数字化转型的政策手段,对新时代下企业高质量发展有着重要影响。基于2011—2021年我国A股上市企业数据,运用逐步回归方法,实证研究政府补贴、数字化转型与企业高质量发展的关系。研究结果表明,政府补贴能显著促进企业高质量发展,数字化转型在政府补贴与企业高质量发展的关系中起部分中介作用,这种影响作用随着企业产权属性展现出较强的异质性特征。在数字经济时代增强政府补贴推动企业高质量发展的动能,应从优化资金配置视角坚持差异化政策供给。

Government subsidies serve as a crucial policy tool for driving the digital transformation of micro-economic entities and exerting a significant influence on the high-quality development of enterprises in the contemporary era.This study focuses on Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021 as the sample,employing a stepwise regression approach to empirically examine the relationship between government subsidies,digital transformation and the high-quality development of enterprises.The findings reveal that government subsidies play a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of enterprises,while digital transformation acts as a partial mediator in the connection between government subsidies and the quality of enterprise development.Moreover,this impact demonstrates notable heterogeneity based on the property rights attributes of enterprises.To enhance the driving force of government subsidies in propelling the high-quality development of enterprises within the digital economy era,it is imperative to adhere to a differentiated policy supply from the perspective of optimizing fund allocation.
