船舶设备低噪声设计技术进展与方向

摘要 针对船舶设备自身振动噪声控制的低噪声设计问题,综合近十余年来相关研究工作情况,对船舶设备低噪声设计涉及的振动噪声分析方法进行分析,对其低噪声设计进展情况从激励源抑制、传递途径控制及新技术应用等3方面进行归纳与梳理,在此基础上对后续研究发展方向提出5个方面的展望和分析,并预测我国船舶设备低噪声设计技术必将走上专业融合、技术创新、主动智能、数字化设计发展之路,对后续研究提出4个方面的工作建议,有关技术观点与分析可为船舶设备低噪声设计研究提供有益的启发和参考。 Aiming at the low noise design problem of vibration and noise control of ship equipment,the vibration and noise analysis methods involved in the low noise design of ship equipment in the past decade is analyzed,and summarizes and combs the progress of its low noise design from three aspects:excitation source suppression,transmission path control and new technology application.On this basis,the author puts forward five perspectives and analyses on the development direction of the follow-up research,and predicts that low noise design technology of marine equipment will certainly embark on the development road of professional integration,technological innovation,active intelligence and digital design.Therefore,the author puts forward four suggestions for the follow-up research.The technical views and analysis can provide useful inspiration and reference for the study of low noise design of marine equipment.
