颗粒体积分数对V型球阀特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为改善阀门的特性,提高管道的输送效率,采用数值模拟的方法分析V型球阀的特性在气固两相流情况下随颗粒体积分数的变化。结果表明:随着颗粒体积分数的增大,V型球阀的流量系数减小,流阻系数增大,管道和阀门内的压力增大;在不同阀门开度下,颗粒体积分数发生变化对流体速度的影响均不明显。 In order to improve the valve characteristics and pipeline transportation efficiency,numerical simulation is used to analyze the performance of V-type ball valve in gas-solid two-phase flow with different particle concentrations.The results show that when the particle concentration increases,the flow coefficient of V-type ball valve decreases,the flow resistance coefficientgradually increases,and the pressure inside the pipeline and the valve increases;under different relative valve openings,the change of particle concentration has no obvious effect on the fluid velocity.
