补阳还五汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕对中医证候及脑血流动力学的影响

Effects of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on TCM syndromes and cerebral hemodynamics in posterior circulation ischemia vertigo

目的探究补阳还五汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)对中医证候及脑血流动力学的影响。方法前瞻性选择2020年11月至2022年6月期间在我院接受治疗的152例PCIV患者为研究对象,随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗,疗程14d。治疗前后分别评估中医证候积分、脑血流动力学和日常活动能力,评估两组疗效。结果152例PCIV患者最终完成148例,对照组73例,观察组75例。治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PCIV患者BA、RVA、LVA、RPCA、LPCA血流速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PCIV患者的ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗能够改善PCIV患者相关中医证候积分,改善脑血流动力学,疗效确切,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effects of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on TCM syndromes and cerebral hemodynamics in posterior circulation ischemia vertigo(PCIV).Methods A total of 152 patients with PCIV in the hospital were prospectively enrolled as the research objects between November 2020 and June 2022.According to Random digital table method,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine treatment,while observation group was additionally treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction.All were treated for 14d.Before and after treatment,scores of TCM syndromes,cerebral hemodynamics,activities of daily living and curative effect in the two groups were evaluated.Results In the 152 patients with PCIV,there were 148 cases completing the test,including 73 cases in control group and 75 cases in observation group.After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),clinical curative effect was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05),blood flow velocity of BA,RVA,LVA,RPCA and LPCA were significantly faster than those in control group(P<0.05),and score of Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve scores of TCM syndromes and cerebral hemodynamics in PCIV patients,with significant curative effect.
