高职院校劳动教育的三维价值及其系统性建构

摘要 劳动是消解二元结构的重要载体,其具备三个功能:通过创设问题情境,整合理论与实践的二元分割;通过发展具身认知,突破劳力与劳心的二元对立;通过促进个体的社会化,弥合个体与集体的二元背离,由此发展了劳动教育在经验、职业和生涯三个维度的独特价值。为了落实劳动教育的三维价值,高职院校劳动教育应实现学段协同、专业协同、校企协同和主体协同,构建保障劳动教育有效实施的协同机制。 Labor is an important carrier to eliminate the dual structure,which has three functions of integrating the theory and practice of the binary division by creating the problem situation,breaking through the binary opposition between mental labor and physical labor through the development of embodied cognition,and bridging the binary deviation between the individual and the collective by promoting the socialization of the individual,thus the unique value of labor education in the three dimensions of experience,vocation and career is developed.In order to implement the three-dimensional value of labor education,labor education in higher vocational colleges should realize the coordination of learning segments,majors,universities and enterprise,and the coordination of subject to construct a coordination mechanism to ensure the effective implementation of labor education.
