摘要
病毒是社区性获得性肺炎的常见病原体,常见的呼吸道病毒包括呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、流感病毒、冠状病毒等,其通常感染儿童、老年及免疫功能低下人群,可引起不同程度的临床表现。微RNA(miRNA)在病毒性肺炎的病理生理过程中起重要作用,其可在病毒性肺炎患者体内异常表达,因此可作为病毒性肺炎诊断及治疗的生物标志物。不同miRNA可通过不同靶点对病毒性肺炎患者进行免疫调节,并在该过程中具有双重作用,但具体机制尚未完全阐明,未来深入研究不同miRNA的作用可为病毒性肺炎的治疗提供新方向。
Viruses are common pathogens of community-acquired pneumonia.Common respiratory viruses include respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,influenza virus,coronavirus,etc.They usually infect children,the elderly,and immunocompromised populations,and can cause varying degrees of clinical manifestations.MicroRNA(miRNA)plays an important role in the pathological and physiological processes of viral pneumonia,and it can be abnormally expressed in the body of patients with viral pneumonia,making it a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of viral pneumonia.Different miRNA can regulate the immune response of the patients with viral pneumonia through different targets,and have a dual role in this process,although the specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated.In the future,in-depth research on the effects of different miRNA can provide new directions for the treatment of viral pneumonia.
