尿源外泌体在肾脏疾病中的研究进展

Research Progress in Urinary Exosomes in Renal Diseases

目前,关于肾损伤与外泌体的临床研究大多集中在尿源外泌体上,特别是在肾脏疾病患者中,尿源外泌体提供的信息可能直接反映肾脏的生理状态,有望作为肾脏疾病的一种新型分子标志物,应用于肾脏疾病的诊断。此外,尿源外泌体也可用于部分肾脏疾病的治疗,并且在肾脏疾病的发病机制中发挥重要作用。因此,研究从尿液中分离出的外泌体对于早期诊断、治疗和监测肾脏疾病的作用及其致病机制具有重要意义。未来可对其进行深入探索,以为尿源外泌体在肾脏疾病中的应用提供理论依据。

At present,most of the clinical research on kidney injury and exosomes focuses on urinary exosomes,especially in patients with kidney diseases,the information provided by urinary exosomes may directly reflect the physiological state of the kidney,which is expected to be used as a new molecular marker for kidney diseases to be applied in the diagnosis.In addition,urinary exosomes can also be used in the treatment of some kidney diseases and play an important role in the pathogenesis of kidney diseases.Therefore,the study of exosomes isolated from urine is of great significance for the early diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of kidney diseases and the pathogenic mechanisms.In the future,it can be further explored to provide a theoretical basis for the application of urinary exosomes in kidney diseases.
