摘要
调节性B细胞(Breg细胞)以较高比例存在于多种恶性肿瘤微环境(TME)中,在维持免疫平衡和调节免疫反应方面发挥重要作用,可阻碍机体抗肿瘤免疫应答。Breg细胞由TME中的一系列信号分化诱导而成,可分泌细胞因子和颗粒酶B、腺苷等代谢物,并通过表达抑制性膜结合分子等机制影响TME中其他免疫调节细胞,从而促进肿瘤的生长和转移。因此,深入理解Breg细胞的分化来源及其在肿瘤免疫调节中关键作用机制可为未来开发新的免疫治疗策略提供方向。
Regulatory B cell(Breg cell)exist in a high proportion in various malignant tumor microenvironments(TME)and play an important role in maintaining immune balance and regulating immune responses,which can hinder the body′s anti-tumor immune response.Breg cell are induced by a series of signals in TME,and can secrete cytokines,granzyme B,adenosine and other metabolites.They also affect other immune regulatory cells in TME by expressing inhibitory membrane binding molecules and other mechanisms,thereby promoting tumor growth and metastasis.Therefore,a deeper understanding of the differentiation sources of Breg cell and their key mechanisms in tumor immune regulation can provide direction for the development of new immunotherapy strategies in the future.
