摘要
为使中小学生能够适应未来智能社会发展,关注并促进学生的主体发展,培养其自我发展的能力显得尤为重要。而自我管理能力培养作为促进学生自我发展的重要路径,为了解面向智能时代中小学生自我管理能力现状并提供相应的干预策略等,构建测评指标体系是首要工作。为此,首先通过相关文献研究及理论分析初步拟定了一组面向智能时代的中小学生自我管理能力测评指标。而后,采用德尔菲法进行专家意见征询并对其修正与完善,经过两轮修正后专家意见趋于一致,赋予指标体系权重并分析其有效性。最后,选择W市3—9年级350名学生的有效问卷为试测数据,对测评量表进行项目分析与信度分析的初步修正。在此基础上,通过H省回收的4068份有效问卷数据对测评量表进行再次修正,最终形成了包括4个一级指标(自我计划、自我监测、自我反思、自我调整)和12个二级指标的智能时代中小学生自我管理能力测评指标及39个题项的测评量表。经过多轮修正,该测评指标体系及量表信效度较高,科学性较强,能够为测评智能时代中小学生自我管理能力水平提供工具参考,研究结论为促进智能时代中小学生自我管理能力培养及自我发展提供一定的借鉴。
In order to enable primary and secondary school students to adapt to the future development of intelligent society,it is partic-ularly important to pay attention to and promote students'subjective development,and cultivate their self-development ability.The culti-vation of self-management ability is an important path to promote students'self-development.In order to understand the current situation of self-management ability of primary and secondary school students in the era of intelligence and provide corresponding intervention strate-gies,constructing an evaluation index system is the primary task.Therefore,this study first developed a set of self-management ability e-valuation indicators for primary and secondary school students in the intelligent era through relevant literature and theoretical analysis;Sub-sequently,the Delphi method was used for expert opinion consultation to revise and improve it.After two rounds of revision,the expert o-pinions tended to be consistent,and the indicator system was given weight and analyzed for effectiveness.Finally,a valid questionnaire of 350 students from grades 3 to 9 in W city was selected as the test data,and preliminary modifications were made to the evaluation scale through item analysis and reliability analysis.On this basis,the evaluation scale was revised again through the data of 4068 valid question-naires collected from Province H.and a smart era self-management ability evaluation index for primary and secondary school students was formed,including 4 first level indicators(self-planning,self-monitoring,self-reflection,and self-adjustment),12 second level indi-cators,and 39 item evaluation scales.After several rounds of revisions,the evaluation index system and scale have high reliability and va-lidity,strong scientific validity,and can provide a tool reference for evaluating the self-management ability level of primary and secondary school students in the intelligent era.The research conclusion provides a certain reference for promoting the cultivation and self-develop-ment of self-management ability of primary and secondary schol students in the intelligent era.
