发展公共气象服务是国家防御和减轻气象灾害、应对气候变化和建设更高水平小康社会的迫切需要,是气象部门强化社会管理和公共服务职能的有效途径,是增强公共气象服务在整个气象业务中主导地位、实现气象综合实力整体跃升的必由之路。分析了气象服务现状和短板,探讨了改进措施,从而深度挖掘气象行业发展潜力,为气象防灾减灾事业贡献力量。

Development of public meteorological services was the national defense and reduce meteorological disasters,climate change and the urgent need of building a higher level of a well-off society,was the meteorological department to strengthen social management and public service function,was to enhance the public meteorological service dominance in the meteorological business,realize the whole jump.This paper analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of meteorological service,and discussed the improvement measures,so as to deeply explore the development potential of meteorological industry,and contribute to the cause of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.
