纳入气候因素的拉丁美洲和加勒比地区农业全要素生产率再测算

摘要 拉丁美洲和加勒比地区作为全球重要的粮仓之一,其农业生产在维护全球粮食安全中起着重要的作用。将气温、降水量因素纳入农业全要素生产率(TFP)评估体系,经过对比分析发现:在未纳入气候因素情况下,LAC地区农业TFP增长率明显被高估;气候因素对LAC地区农业TFP增长造成负面影响;农业技术进步对该地区农业TFP增长的贡献不足。在纳入气候因素的情况下,LAC地区农业TFP增长呈现“西高东低”的空间非均衡性特征,国家之间农业TFP增长差异明显。 Latin America and the Caribbean,as an important global grain producer,plays a crucial role in maintaining global food security through its agricultural production.By incorporating temperature and precipitation factors into an assessment of agricultural total factor productivity(TFP),it was found that without considering climate factors,the LAC region's agricultural TFP growth rate was significantly overestimated.Climate factors have a negative impact on LAC region’s agricultural TFP growth.Agricultural technological progress contributes insufficiently to the region's agricultural TFP growth.Furthermore,when considering climate factors,LAC region's agricultural TFP growth exhibits a spatial non-equilibrium feature with“west high and east low”,and significant differences in agricultural TFP growth among countries are evident.
