日本奥委会职业学院教育项目的内容构成、实践经验与借鉴启示

Contents,Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Educational Programs of Vocational College of Japanese Olympic Committee

系统梳理日本奥委会职业学院的教育项目内容及其实践经验,为我国优秀运动员退役再就业难题提供破解思路。日本奥委会职业学院搭建了三个层层递进的教育项目:早期技能培训、中期职业辅导和后期就业支援,为现役优秀运动员职业生涯规划的顺利实施提供了有效保障。日本的教育项目周期贯穿于现役运动员的整个运动生涯,教育环境创设立足于现役运动员的全面发展,教育服务设计着眼于现役运动员的就业需求,教育质量保障依托于社会各界的优势资源。其对我国现役运动员职业生涯规划教育的启示如下:构建全程职业发展规划,做好现役运动员谋篇布局工作;跨界整合优势资源,搭建现役运动员就业服务平台;改善全面发展的成长环境,促进现役运动员职业生涯可塑性发展。

By means of a systematic review of the contents of the educational programs of the Vocational College of Japanese Olympic Committee and its practical experience,the paper aims to provide solutions to the problem of reemployment of outstanding athletes in China after retirement.The JOC Vocational College has built three progressive educational programs:early skills training,intermediate career counseling and later employment support,which provide outstanding athletes with effective guarantees for the smooth implementation of career planning.The education program cycle runs through the whole sports career of active athletes;the education environment is based on the comprehensive development of active athletes;the education service design focuses on the employment needs of active athletes,and the education quality assurance relies on the advantageous resources from all sectors of the society.Enlightenment for career planning education of active athletes in China includes constructing a full career development plan,designing a good layout for active athletes’reemployment,integrating advantageous resources across borders,building an employment service platform for active athletes,improving the growth environment for comprehensive development and promoting the adaptable development of career of active athletes.
