摘要
电子节温器是发动机节能减排的重要调节装置之一,它的主要作用是保证冷却液温度在合适的范围内,既要保证发动机不过热,也要防止发动机过冷。同时由于电子节温器具有更快的响应速度和较宽的工作温度范围,可以根据不同的工况的需要,实时不同的控制策略,从而满足发动机智能热管理的需求,达到节能减排的目的。本文结合电子节温器的结构特点和主要特性参数,对电子节温器在发动机上的应用进行归纳、分析和总结,并对未来发展方向进行展望。
Electronic thermostat is one of the important adjustment devices for engine energy saving and emission reduction,its main role is to ensure that the coolant temperature is within the appropriate range,not only to ensure that the engine is not overheating,but also to prevent the engine from being too cold.At the same time,because the electronic temperature saver has a faster response speed and a wider working temperature range,different real-time control strategies can be implemented according to the needs of different working conditions,so as to meet the needs of intelligent thermal management of the engine and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,based on the structural characteristics and main characteristic parameters of the electronic thermostat,the application of the electronic thermostat in the engine is summarized,analyzed and summarized,and the future development direction is forecasted.
