CKD6E型机车上旁承座裂纹产生原因分析及修复工艺

摘要 公司生产的CKD6E型出口机车,在国外运用近10年后,自2018年起陆续发现机车车架内侧上旁承座发生开裂的质量事故,严重影响机车的安全运用。本文对CKD6E机车车架上旁承座裂纹产生的原因从产品设计结构、机车运用路线及上旁承座铸钢件产品质量等方面进行了分析,制定车架上旁承座局部加强工艺方案,并提出了解决措施及修复工艺。按照修复工艺完成上旁承座裂纹返修后,到目前机车运用正常,机车上旁承座也未再出现相关质量问题。 CKD6E locomotive produced by our company has been used abroad for nearly 10 years.Cracking quality accidents have been found in the upper side bearing seat of the inside of the locomotive since 2018,which seriously affects the safe operation of the locomotive.In this paper,the causes of the cracks in the upper side bearing are analyzed from the aspects of design structure,practical route and casting quality,and the repair measures and processes are put forward.After the repair of the crack of the upper side bearing seat according to this process,the locomotive has been operating normally and no quality problems have occurred.
