摘要
为促进阿丁枫木材的合理、增值利用,对其木材刨削、砂削、铣削、钻削和开榫5项机械加工性能进行测试和评价。结果表明:阿丁枫木材在刨削加工时进料速度宜采用7 m/min,在此条件下刨削试件合格率为40%;在砂削加工时,砂带目数宜采用120目,在此条件下砂削试件合格率为63%;铣削、钻削及开榫的试件合格率分别为100%、23%、100%。阿丁枫木材的综合机械加工性能评分为26。
To promote rational and value-added utilization of Altingia chinensis wood, this paper tests and evaluates five mechanical properties: wood planing, sanding, boring, shaping, and mortising. The results showed that the feed rate should be seven m/min during the planning process, and the pass rate of the planning specimen was 40% under this condition. In the process, the mesh size of sand should reach 120. Under these conditions, the qualified percentage of sanding specimens was 63%. The percentages of boring, shaping, and mortising specimens were 100%, 23%, and 100%, respectively. The comprehensive mechanical performance score of Altingia chinensis was 26.
