摘要
食品包装材料对食品安全性具有重要影响,它不仅可以保护食品免受外界因素的污染和损害,还可以延长食品的保质期和维持食品的色、香、味,不合格或不适宜的包装材料可能导致食品安全问题,对食品包装材料的选择、使用和控制非常重要。基于此,本文分析了食品包装材料对食品安全性的影响,提出了提高食品包装材料安全性的控制措施。
Food packaging materials has important influence on food safety,it can not only protect food from external factors of pollution and damage,also can extend the shelf life of food and maintain food color,aroma,taste,unqualified or inappropriate packaging materials may lead to food safety problems,the choice of food packaging materials,use and control is very important.Based on this,this article analyzes the impact of food packaging materials on food safety and proposes control measures to improve the safety of food packaging materials.
