Pesticide residues are an important part of food quality and safety testing.Clarifying the types and contents of pesticide residues in different foods can help improve the safety and reliability of food,ensuring public health.This article introduces the commonly used pesticide residue detection techniques and quality control measures,aiming to improve the level of pesticide residue detection,reduce the negative impact of various factors on detection results,and provide guarantees for the public’s diet.
