Inherent Logic and Implementation Path of the Integration of Culture and Tourism in Promoting Rural Revitalization

乡村文旅产业作为乡村特色产业的重要类型,也是产业振兴的重要环节,其发展对乡村文化的保护与传播、乡村产业兴旺发展、乡村居民增收、生态宜居乡村环境建设等都具有重要影响。文章聚焦文旅融合推动乡村振兴的内在逻辑探讨,在此基础上,结合演化博弈模型了解利益相关者行为互动,并探索文旅融合推动乡村政策的实现路径。通过分析发现,文旅融合可以作用于经济增长、乡村文化建设以及生态环境建设,进而影响到乡村振兴发展。政府在推动乡村文旅融合发展中发挥着重要作用,政府需要适时地调整奖惩机制,在融合过程中协调各方关系,以实现参与主体利益的最大化为目标,形成新的乡村产业发展优势和增长点,助力乡村振兴。

Rural cultural tourism is an important type of rural characteristic industry,as well as a crucial component in industrial revitalization.It has significant impacts on the protection and dissemination of rural culture,the prosperous development of rural industries,the increase of rural income,and the construction of ecologically livable rural environments.This paper focuses on the inherent logic of promoting rural revitalization through the integration of culture and tourism.It analyzes the specific impact process of stakeholder behavior and interaction on the relationship between rural revitalization and integration of culture and tourism.The findings show that the integration of culture and tourism can have an impact on economic growth,rural cultural development,and ecological environment construction,thus influence rural revitalization.The government plays crucial roles in promoting the development of rural cultural and tourism integration,and the government needs to timely adjust its reward and penalty mechanisms to coordinate the relationships among all parties during the integration process.The objective is to maximize the interests of participating entities,form new advantages and growth points in rural industrial development,and contribute to rural revitalization.
