文化和旅游产业深度融合研究进展与新时代发展趋向

Research Progress on Deep Integration of Culture and Tourism Industry and Development Trend in the New Era

文化和旅游产业深度融合发展已成为建立健全现代化产业体系的有效途径。研究基于文化和旅游产业融合发展的需求导向和理论内涵,遵循“文献整理—研究历程—主题统计—科学问题—学术动态—未来趋向”的综述逻辑思路,具体通过系统梳理2001—2021年国内外文化和旅游产业融合发展研究成果,借助文献计量分析的主题分类统计结果,将文化和旅游产业深度融合的科学问题总结为:理论探讨、融合效应、融合业态、机制改革、成效评估、推进机理,并进一步归纳为“宏观-中观-微观”3个维度,对相应的研究主题趋向和学术创新进行了系统阐述,发现已有研究在研究范围、融合对接点、研究视角等方面尚存在不足。在此基础上,结合我国文旅产业发展的战略需求和问题导向,从高质量视角下的文旅产业深度融合、数字经济促进文旅产业深度融合、共同富裕视域下文旅产业深度融合、国家文化公园文旅产业深度融合等方面论述了新时代两大产业的深度融合发展趋向。

In 2021,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the"14th Five-Year Plan"for the development of culture and tourism,proposing the construction of a modernized culture and tourism industry development system as an important goal to achieve structural reform on the supply side of culture and tourism and improve the quality and efficiency of industrial development.The integration of culture and tourism industry is a dynamic optimization process,in which the boundary between the two industries tends to blur,promoting the flow and transfer of factors from the less efficient sector to the more efficient one,and realizing the optimal allocation of factor resources.The integration of culture and tourism indus-try is conducive to improving the comprehensive strength of the industry,sound industrial categories,ex-tending the industrial chain,strengthening the innovation drive,enhancing the governance capacity,reali-zing the optimization of the supply system structure of culture and tourism industry,and promoting the development of new business models.Based on the demand-oriented and theoretical connotation of the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries,this study follows the logical thinking of"literature collation-research process-subject statistics-scientific issues-academic trends-future trends",specifically by systematically combing the re-search results of the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries at home and abroad from 2001 to 2021.With the help of CiteSpace literature subject classification statistical results,the scientific is-sues of the deep integration of culture and tourism industry are summarized as follows:theoretical discus-sion,integration effect,integration format,mechanism reform,effectiveness evaluation,and promotion mechanism,and further summarized into three dimensions of"macro-meso-micro".The corresponding re-search theme trend and academic innovation are systematically elaborated,and it is found that the existing research needs to be furtherly deepened in the research scope,integration point,and research perspective.On this basis,combined with the strategic needs and problem orientation of China's cultural and tourism industry development,the paper discusses the development trend of the deep integration of the two indus-tries in the new era from the perspective of high quality,the deep integration of the cultural and tourism industry promoted by digital economy,the deep integration of the cultural and tourism industry in the per-spective of common prosperity,and the deep integration of the cultural and tourism industry in the nation-al cultural park.Compared with the previous literature,this paper expands in the following two aspects:first,this study systematically sorts out the demand-oriented and theoretical connotations of the integrated development of culture and tourism in China,providing directions to guide the deep integration of culture and tourism;second,with the help of knowledge mapping analysis and classification statistics results of research themes,in order to furtherly demonstrate the hot spots and cutting-edge achievements in the field of re-search on integrated development of culture and tourism both at home and abroad.This study elaborates the trends and directions of the deep integration development of culture and tourism in the new era,with a view to providing theoretical references for enriching the theoretical system of cul-ture and tourism integration,better serving the national strategic planning of culture and tourism develop-ment in the new era,and promoting the high-quality development of culture and tourism integration.
