衡阳市公立医院高质量发展的现状与提升路径

The Current Situation and Improvement Path of High-quality Development of Public Hospitals in Hengyang City

公立医院承载着维护基本民生与社会稳定的责任。探索并建立与国家政策需要以及地方实践相适应的公立医院高质量发展路径是关乎国计民生的重大议题。文章以湖南省衡阳市12家公立医院为研究对象,结合实地调研数据总结了当前衡阳市公立医院高质量发展取得的成效,分析了所面临的挑战,分别从政府与医院层面提出相应的路径,以期进一步促进公立医院高质量发展。

Exploring and establishing a high-quality development path for public hospitals that is in line with national policy needs and local practices is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,as public hospitals in our country carry the basic livelihood and social stability.This article takes 12 public hospitals in Hengyang City,Hunan Province as the research object,summarizes the achievements of high-quality development of public hospitals in Hengyang City based on field research data,analyzes the challenges faced,and finally proposes corresponding paths from the government and hospital levels,in order to further promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
