摘要
为确保新平河特大桥钢主梁整跨吊装施工安全,掌握施工过程中钢主梁的受力状态,通过建立桥梁施工各阶段的空间结构分析模型,对钢主梁在各施工工况下的应力、变形等进行分析,结果表明架桥机整跨吊装施工中钢主梁受力和变形符合要求,实测值也与计算值较好地吻合,说明采用架桥机整跨吊装施工工艺具有良好的可行性和可靠性。
During the construction process of Xinpinghe Bridge,the stress state of the steel main beam of the bridge is monitored to ensure the safe.The spatial structure mechanics model of each stage of bridge construction is estab⁃lished,the stress and deformation of the steel girder under various construction conditions are analyzed.The results indicate that the stress and deformation of the steel main beam during the hoisting construction by the bridge erec⁃tion machine meet the requirements.The measured value is in good agreement with the calculated value from the fi⁃nite element method,which proves that the construction technology is feasible and reliability.
