摘要 随着信息技术和人工智能的迅猛发展,高校继续教育面临更加严峻的挑战和机遇。人工智能技术的应用,为高校继续教育提供了发展新范式。通过提供个性化的学习体验,提高学习效果和效率,扩大学习资源的开放度和可及性等方面,人工智能为高校继续教育的发展带来无限可能。在实际应用过程中,高校需要深入探索人工智能技术与教育理论的结合,探索适合自己的发展模式。同时,还需要针对数据隐私和安全保护问题以及教师的专业能力提升等方面面临的挑战进行有效的应对。基于此,针对人工智能赋能高校继续教育的发展新范式进行研究,期望为相关从业者提供参考。 With the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence,continuing education in universities is faced with more severe challenges and opportunities.The application of artificial intelligence technology has provided a new development paradigm for continuing education in universities.By providing personalized learning experiences,improving learning effectiveness and efficiency,and expanding the openness and accessibility of learning resources,artificial intelligence brings infinite possibilities to the development of continuing education in universities.In the practical application,universities need to deeply explore the combination of artificial intelligence technology and educational theory,and explore suitable development models for themselves.At the same time,effective responses are also needed to address the challenges faced in data privacy and security protection,as well as the improvement of teachers’professional abilities.Based on this,this article provides research on the new paradigm of artificial intelligence empowering the development of continuing education in universities,with the hope to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
