乡村振兴高质量发展背景下农科大学生留赣就业对策研究

Employment Strategies for Students in Agricultural Colleges under the Background of High-quality Development of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略的实施离不开具有“三农”情怀的高素质专业技术人才作为支撑,而农林高校培养的农科大学生肩负乡村振兴的历史使命,但是与之形成对比的是在很多高等教育实践中发现农科专业的毕业生仅有很少部分会从事具有“乡村”属性的工作,供给与需求很难达到预期的平衡。因此在高等教育中应注重把乡村振兴精神融入人文情怀培育中,用乡村振兴理念助推教学实践提升,通过乡村振兴实践引导职业生涯规划。在实践中更应立足本省加大政策宣传、推进产教融合、树立理想信念、强化榜样引领、指导生涯规划、传承红色文化,通过人才培养助力乡村振兴高质量发展。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy cannot be separated from the support of high-quality professional and technical talents with the sentiments for agriculture,countryside and famers,and the agricultural students trained by agricultural and forestry universities shoulder the historical mission of rural revitalization.However,in contrast,it has been found in many higher education practices that only a small portion of graduates majoring in agricultural sciences engage in jobs related to rural areas,making it difficult to achieve the expected balance between supply and demand.Therefore,in higher education,attention should be paid to integrating the spirit of rural revitalization into the cultivation of humanistic sentiments,using the concept of rural revitalization to promote teaching practice,and guiding career planning with the practice of rural revitalization.In practice,it is necessary to strengthen policy promotion,to promote the integration of industry and education,to establish ideals and beliefs,to strengthen role models and guidance,to guide career planning,and to inherit red culture,so as to promote high-quality development of rural revitalization through talent cultivation.
