摘要
为深化对产教融合政策的全面、客观、准确认知与评价,进一步审视反思政策制定和执行中的问题,综合运用文本挖掘分析及PMC指数模型方法,构建产教融合政策的量化评价体系,对12项代表性产教融合政策进行评价。研究发现,我国产教融合政策总体设计合理,但仍存在政策目标相对局限、政策内容尚有缺失、政策受众略显失衡等薄弱环节。针对上述结论,从政策目标、政策内容及政策受众等三个方面提出针对性建议,以期为我国产教融合政策的修订与完善提供科学合理的依据。
In order to deepen the comprehensive,objective and accurate knowledge and evaluation of the policies on the integration of education and industry,and to further examine and reflect on the problems in the formulation and implementation of the policies,the article comprehensively utilizes the text mining analysis and the PMC index modeling method to construct a quantitative evaluation system of the policies on the integration of education and industry,and evaluates the 12 representative policies on the integration of education and industry.It is found in the study that the overall design of our national policies on integration of education and industry is reasonable,but there are still weaknesses such as the relative limitation of policy objectives,the insufficient policy content,and the imbalance in policy audience.In view of the above findings,the article puts forward targeted suggestions in terms of the objectives,contents and audiences of the policy,in the hope of providing a scientific and reasonable basis for the revision and improvement of China’s national industry-education integration policy.
