摘要
目的分析我国大型医用设备区域配置的均衡程度,为科学配置和使用提供借鉴。方法利用基尼系数和集聚度对大型医用设备和甲类、乙类大型医用设备的公平性、可及性和集聚程度进行分析。结果大型医用设备总量及乙类设备按人口分布公平性较好。甲类大型医用设备的基尼系数高于警戒线,且有增高趋势,达到0.6089;甲类、乙类大型医用设备按地理面积分布的基尼系数处于严重失衡状态;东北、华北、华东地区配置的大型医用设备及乙类大型医用设备公平性较高,但在中南、西南地区配置水平较低,西北地区甲类大型医用设备配置不足。结论地区间的经济水平差异与发展不平衡使大型医用设备在我国的配置呈现出明显的省份或地区失衡状态,建议从建立配置标准、完善采购决策、强化设备共享等方面进行有效管理,以提升大型医用设备配置的均衡化程度。
Objective To analyze the equilibrium degree of regional configuration of large medical equipment in China,so as to provide reference for scientific configuration and use.Methods Gini coefficient and clustering degree were used to analyze the fairness,accessibility and clustering degree of large medical equipment and Class A and B large medical equipment.Results The total quantity of large medical equipment and Class B equipment were fairly distributed according to population,and the Gini coefficient of class A equipment was higher than the warning line and had an increasing trend(0.608 9).The Gini coefficients of class A and B large medical equipment distributed by geographical area were seriously unbalanced.The fairness of large medical equipment and Class B equipment in Northeast,North and East China is high,but the level of configuration in Central and South China and Southwest China is low,and the configuration of Class A equipment in Northwest China is insufficient.Conclusion The economic level difference and the unbalanced development between regions make the large medical equipment in the configuration of provinces or regions to show the imbalance.It is suggested to effectively manage the configuration standards,improve the procurement decision-making and strengthen the equipment sharing,so as to enhance the balance of the large medical equipment configuration.
