广东省美沙酮维持治疗工作人员培训需求情况调查

Analysis of training demand among practitioners of methadone maintenance treatment

目的了解广东省美沙酮维持治疗(methado nemaintenance treatment,MMT)工作人员培训现状及需求情况,为制定培训计划和完善培训模式提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对广东省所有MMT门诊和疾病预防控制机构从事MMT相关工作人员进行调查。结果共调查429人,其中女性占54.5%,MMT从业时间<1年者占10.7%;96.5%的人员有参加培训意愿,50.8%的人员未参加过国家级/省级培训。女性、疾病预防控制工作人员、从业年限<1年、无参加培训意愿人员参加国家级/省级培训的比例较低(P<0.05)。在MMT培训内容方面,对工作要求与指标管理的需求最高,占89.4%;其次为临床知识,占85.5%。在培训师资方面,首选戒毒管理、疾病预防控制、药物依赖防治研究等机构师资的人员占91.5%。在培训方式方面,对现场举办培训班并录制视频作为二级培训材料的认可度最高,为100.0%。结论广东省MMT工作人员普遍有培训意愿,但参加国家级/省级培训的比例较低、相关知识掌握不足。应结合MMT相关知识薄弱点和培训需求优化培训计划和培训模式,扩大培训覆盖面。

Objective To understand the status of training situation and demand among practitioners of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT).Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among MMT practitioners whom coming from the CDC or the hospital in Guangdong province.Results A total of 429 practitioners were surveyed.54.5% was females,10.7% engaged in MMT work for less than one year,and 96.5% was willing to receive training.50.8% had never received national or provincial systematic training.The training proportion among females,CDC staff,those who engaged in MMT work for less than one year and those unwilling to receive training were lower(P<0.05).The requirement of the knowledge of MMT management was the highest(89.4%),followed by the clinical knowledge(85.5%).For the training teachers,the first-choice was the technical staff from institutions which engaged in drug rehabilitation management,disease control,drug dependence prevention and research(91.5%).For on-site training courses and video recording as a form of secondary training materials,the acceptance rate was 100.0%.Conclusion The knowledge of MMT practitioners was still insufficient,the national or provincia training proportion was low,and the practitioners generally had the desire to receive training in Guangdong Province.Training should be strengthened for MMT practitioners according to their knowledge demand.
