优劣尺度法在慢性病患者健康服务偏好领域的研究现状分析

Research progress of best-worst scaling for assessing healthcare preferences in patients with chronic diseases

慢性病患者偏好信息作为疾病治疗与护理过程中重要的患者体验数据,对健康照护决策的优化及疾病控制目标的实现至关重要。在了解患者偏好的基础上进行医患共同决策,将有助于促进医患沟通,提高患者依从性。优劣尺度法是国际上新兴的一种测量意愿和偏好的方法,相较于传统的离散选择实验及Likert量表测量,优劣尺度法更加简便、全面。部分国外学者将该方法应用于健康照护领域的患者偏好研究,了解慢性病患者对照护方案、健康结果等方面的选择偏好,探讨患者偏好的相关影响因素,为患者偏好研究提供了新思路。通过对采用优劣尺度法评估慢性病患者健康照护服务偏好的研究进行综述,总结优劣尺度法在患者偏好领域的研究进展,以期为我国开展相关研究及进行临床实践提供参考。

As an important patient experience data in the process of disease treatment and nursing,the patient preference information(PPI) with chronic diseases is crucial to the optimization of health care decisions and the realization of disease control goals.Therefore,joint doctor-patient decision making based on understanding patient preferences will help to promote doctor-patient communication and improve patient compliance.Compared with the traditional discrete choice experiments and Likert Scale,best-worst scaling is a simpler and more comprehensive method to measure willingness and preference.Some foreign scholars have applied this method to the study of patient preferences in the field of health care.The method has been applied to know the preferences of patients with chronic diseases in terms of care options and health outcomes,and to investigate the factors influencing patients' preferences,providing new ideas for patient preference research.Therefore,the evaluation of health care service preferences of patients with chronic diseases using best-worst scaling is reviewed,and the research progress of best-worst scaling in patients' preferences is summarized,so as to provide a basis for relevant research and clinical practice in China.
